VIP Screening will not sell your information to a third party for any reason. VIP Screening reserves the right to change, modify or amend this policy at any time. VIP Screening takes privacy matters VERY SERIOUSLY, and intends to stay at the forefront of privacy policy and protection matters. In order to make our service available, you are required to provide VIP Screening with information about you and your business. VIP Screening may share any information about you and your company when required by third parties in processing credit cards and online checks. In addition you and VIP Screening employees communicate with each other via all standard forms of communication and as a part of its process VIP Screening stores information about every transaction that it processes for you. VIP Screening stores all information and communications it deems relevant to conducting its business, and that information becomes the property of VIP Screening at the time it is received or generated.

Clients (Members) with subscription only: VIP Screening will not otherwise disclose its clients' personal and account information unless VIP Screening has reason to believe that disclosing such information is necessary to identify, make contact with, or bring legal action against someone who may be causing harm or interfering with the rights or property of VIP Screening, VIP Screening clients, or others, or where VIP Screening has a good faith belief that the law requires such disclosure. VIP Screening also will not, except for reasons stated below, disclose to third parties the contents of any electronic mail or other electronic communications that VIP Screening stores or transmits to or receives from its clients.

The circumstances under which VIP Screening will disclose such electronic client communications are when: It is necessary in order to provide service to the client. It is necessary to protect the legitimate interests of VIP Screening and its clients. It is required to cooperate with interception orders, warrants, or other legal process that VIP Screening determines in its sole discretion to be valid and enforceable; and It is necessary to provide to a law enforcement agency when the contents are inadvertently obtained by VIP Screening and appear to pertain to the commission of a crime. By using VIP Screening services, you agree that we may release information obtained in the course of your use of VIP Screening services when it is believed, in VIP Screening’s sole and absolute discretion, that the release is appropriate or otherwise necessary to comply with the law, enforce our Agreement, and/or protect the contract and other rights of VIP Screening and our Clients. It is your obligation to provide VIP Screening with accurate and up-to-date information, and failure to provide us with such information could void any Agreement between you and VIP Screening . We use the information that you provide for such purposes as processing transactions, improving our service, communicating with you, providing basic information to those you provide with your username and passkey, and fulfilling our obligations to you. VIP Screening employees have access to your information on a need to know basis.
